Clark and her new boyfriend went to Sears and saw (Saulsbury) following them down the road. The victim told her new boyfriend to go inside, because she didn't want him to get in an argument with former boyfriend Saulsbury. Saulsbury walked up to her in the parking lot and, in front of three of their four children --- twins age 6 and a 2-year-old boy --- he shot and killed her with a .357 Magnum revolver.
