We are not liable for any User Content posted on the Platform. You acknowledge that you are using any content at your own risk, and we are not responsible for the actions of other users or third parties with respect to the content on the Platform.

5. Sharing of Content with Third Parties

By using the Platform, you agree that we may share your User Content with third parties for purposes such as marketing, partnerships, or other lawful purposes. We will not be responsible for how third parties handle this content after it is shared.

6. No Spam Policy

By using the Platform, you and ParentsPlea.com agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Platform, or your relationship with ParentsPlea.com shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for the exceptions listed below.

9.2 Arbitration Procedures
The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California and administered by [Arbitration Organization, e.g., the American Arbitration Association (AAA)] under its rules, including the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and ParentsPlea.com agree to select a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator with expertise in the relevant subject matter. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding and final, and the judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

9.3 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the agreement to arbitrate, either party may seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for:

  • Claims relating to intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, or patent claims).
  • Claims for injunctive relief or other equitable remedies.

9.4 Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trial
You and ParentsPlea.com agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You also agree to waive any right to a trial by jury.

9.5 Fees and Costs
Each party will be responsible for their respective arbitration fees and costs, except as otherwise required by law or as outlined in the arbitration rules.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
