Muzaffar Ali Ghulam
Muzaffar Ali Ghulam was killed when shrapnel from a missile interception fell onto his car while he was driving in Dubai. The debris struck his vehicle with force, causing fatal injuries. He was a civilian caught unexpectedly in the aftermath of a defensive military action, and he died at the scene.
While driving through the Al Barsha area, Muzaffar Ali Ghulam became an unintended victim of aerial warfare when UAE air defence systems intercepted an incoming missile. The interception caused fragments of the missile to scatter, and some of this high-velocity shrapnel fell onto his vehicle. The impact caused severe damage and resulted in fatal injuries. His death illustrates the indirect dangers of missile defence operations, where even successful interceptions can still pose lethal risks to civilians on the ground.

Pleas of Surviving Relatives and Family if any
His brother-in-law emotionally questioned the randomness of the incident:
Why it was his car that was struck
Why he had to die in such a sudden way
His wife, devastated by the loss, reportedly asked why he had gone out alone that day.
