New York Police say undercover officers witnessed Raymond buy cocaine, and then swallow it in an attempt to thwart arrest. He began complaining of stomach pains and had multiple seizures. Raymond was taken to the hospital where he died. When Raymond's mother identified her son's body, she claimed he had multiple bruises and looked beaten. A friend believes he was in New York to investigate police brutality for a paper.
