Athena Ahmadzadeh was a 10-year-old student who tragically lost her life in the US-Israeli air strike on her primary school in Minab. She was among the many children who perished in the devastating attack.
Athena Ahmadzadeh was a young school-aged child whose life was cut short during the Shajareh Tayyebeh primary school strike in Minab, Iran. On the morning of 1 March 2026, a “double tap” air strike targeted her school, killing her and many of her classmates, as well as staff and parents who had rushed to protect their children.
