Samuel Davey was killed when he lost control of his car in a high-speed police chase on Interstate 75. A passenger in the car, a 14-year-old runaway from Ohio, was hospitalized in stable condition. Davey had reportedly driven off from a Valdosta, Ga., service station without paying for $9 of gas.
