A high-speed chase ended in a head-on collision, killing the 18-year-old driver of the fleeing Honda Accord and critically injuring his 22-year-old brother. Two people in the other car (Mark Donley, 51, and Amy Stegehuis, 48) were seriously injured. Police said the chase started after officers responded to a report of two men hitting each other with beer bottles in the 2800 block of Loker Avenue East.
