Biography

Arya Bahadori was a nine-year-old Iranian schoolboy from Minab who was remembered by his family as a careful, studious, and gentle child. He wore distinctive red-framed glasses and enjoyed baking, often watching his mother prepare cakes and writing down recipes so he could make them himself. Arya shared a close relationship with both of his parents despite his father's demanding work schedule and was especially affectionate toward his younger brother, Arsalan. His life was tragically cut short when his primary school was destroyed in the missile strike on 28 February 2026.

Arya Bahadori was born and raised in Minab, Iran, where he grew up in a close-knit family with his parents, Morteza and Marzieh Bahadori, and his younger brother, Arsalan. His parents described him as a thoughtful, gentle, and academically minded child who approached everything with care and curiosity. He enjoyed spending time with his mother in the kitchen, carefully writing down cake recipes so that he could recreate them himself. Although his father worked two jobs and often had limited time at home, Arya cherished every opportunity to help him prepare for work by loading supplies into the car each evening. His parents recalled that he never showed embarrassment about his father's hard work and instead remained loving and supportive. On the morning of 28 February 2026, Arya attended school as usual. Before his family could collect him after receiving notice of an early dismissal, a missile struck the school, completely destroying his classroom. His death devastated his family, especially his parents and younger brother, who struggled to understand his sudden absence.
