Deadly force

Officers were dispatched around 9:30 p.m. for a shots-fired call. When they arrived, they were told a man had shot at his neighbor's house. Zillanz Winter Falcon was armed and barricaded inside a house. Falcon fired at least one round at officers. At least one officer fired at least one round at him. Officers entered the home and found him dead from a gunshot wound.
