An off-duty officer on his way to work shot Zane James, who was driving a motorcycle, after he allegedly attempted to flee during a traffic stop. The officer tried to pull James over because he allegedly matched the description of someone who had robbed two Sandy grocery stores--a Smith's and Macy's--earlier that morning.
