Deadly force
Zachary Premo allegedly drank two pitchers of beer with his friend at the pool hall than preceded to drive home erratically. After dropping his friend off, Premo crashed and rolled his other. He ran to his parents' house nearby, where police found him in the backyard brandishing a handgun. A police officer was able to convince Premo to lay face down on the ground, but he continued to hold the gun under his chest. Police ordered Premo to quit reaching for the gun but he didn't listen. Two officers shot and killed Premo.
