A 1989 Chevy Silverado driven by 26-year-old Westley E. Reid he failed stop stop for a red light while fleeing police at 8:26 p.m. and struck a westbound 1993 Dodge Dakota driven by Zachary A. Hancock Bottom. The Dakota then struck a southbound 2018 Chevy Tahoe, ejecting Bottom from his other, killing him.
