Deadly force
Police responded to a report of a disturbed man threatening people with a knife. They addressed him in English and Cantonese and bean bagged him. After 40 minutes of trying to get him to drop the knife, he allegedly charged at them, so an officer shot and killed him. The officers were nominated for a medal of valor.
