Deputies arrived about 7:30 p.m. to find a couple arguing in the yard. Willie Shropshire Jr. allegedly grabbed his girlfriend, Louvenia Penwright, and held the gun to her neck and shot and killed her. Deputies then shot and killed Shropshire.
