After 11 p.m., dispatchers received a call regarding a possible armed home invasion. Portsmouth Police officers arrived and were confronted by two armed suspects--a man and a woman. Police said the man and the woman did not comply with the officers, and an officer shot and killed Willie Rogers Marable.
