At Rest

Less-than-lethal force
William Robizine collapsed after being arrested on the South Side. According to police, Robinzine appeared to be on drugs and was holding his bleeding hand as police investigated a quarrel in a liquor store at about midnight. Robinzine was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
