Michigan State Police troopers responded to a call of a despondent person who reportedly had a gun in his other, according to police. Troopers spotted the other and attempted to pull it over, and the driver failed to stop. Troopers eventually ran the other off the road. Troopers found the driver unresponsive. Jennings died at the scene.
