Two officers saw a "suspicious" man with a shotgun in the 7th Street/Metro Center station and started chasing him on foot, police said. The man did not comply with orders and the short chase ended with an officer shooting and killing Crawford when he pulled a shotgun out of his backpack and pointed it at the pursuing officers.
