At Rest

Suicide
A patrolling officer recognized William Swift as having outstanding warrants. As the officer started to get out of the patrol other, Swift reached into a backpack and produced a handgun. He pointed the gun at the officer who took cover and drew a weapon ordering Swift to drop the gun. Swift then allegedly shot and killed himself.
This record exists so that William Bruce Swift, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
