Deadly force

Rockport Police were called to a home where a man and woman were involved in a disturbance when officers arrived. An altercation broke out when officers tried to arrest the man. He became unresponsive once he was taken into custody, and was given first aid until an ambulance arrived. The man was taken to a hospital in Aransas Pass, where he later died.
