Weldon Reed "Donny" Leek, was involved in an altercation with his parents on the ranch. Police from Schleicher County and Menard County along with a Texas Ranger and Department of Public Safety troopers set up a perimeter. Leek broadcast parts of the standoff on social media. He was shot and killed during the standoff.
