Warren G. Cipriano was reportedly arguing with his girlfriend in the middle of the street and threatening her with a baseball bat. A deputy responding to the domestic disturbance call ordered Cipriano to drop the bat. Cipriano charged the deputy with the bat and the deputy shot him once in the chest, killing him.
