Police said, RPD's Communications Center received numerous 911 calls with the callers saying that Millon was shooting at people in the 11500 block Trailway Drive. The first RPD officer arrived on scene, confronted and ultimately shot Millon. During further investigation at the incident location, officers located the two deceased shooting victims, an adult female and an adult male.
