Reynolds was driving the wrong way on a highway, hitting numerous cars. Once stopped and surrounded by police vehicles and officers, he repeatedly rammed police vehicles and jeopardized officers. He was shot and killed. His daughter said that Reynolds had battled mental illness and drug addiction.
