Vincent Harris was wanted for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend with a machete. Police encountered him at his apartment around 1:35 a.m. Harris hid in a back room, but then came of the room as seen in officer's body cam video. Police released a K-9 unit as Harris armed himself. Officers outside the apartment shot and killed Harris.
