Passenger Parks was thrown from the back of a motorcycle during a high-speed police chase and critically injured. Police spotted the other in a 12:30 a.m. speed check, could not see the plate, and started a pursuit. With the bike going 120 MPH the driver couldn't negotiate a sharp turn. Parks died of her injuries days later.
