Urbano Moreno Morales stabbed and seriously wounded the mother of his adult son with a knife outside a Starbucks store in Windsor Town Green neighborhood. Morales walked away from the neighborhood, and started stabbing himself before police approached him. One officer tased Morales then to no effect. Morales charged at the officers with the knife and was then shot to death.[100]
