Two masked men forced a driver out of a car at gunpoint just before 9:50 a.m., police said. The men sped off in the stolen other, with police in pursuit. The chase ended in a crash around 10 minutes later after the driver lost control and crashed into a utility pole. Tyshon A. Anderson was killed; Deangelo M. Williams was injured. Williams, 21, was charged with one felony count of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, one felony count of robbery armed with a firearm and two felony counts of murder while committing another forcible felony.
