Tyrone Tucker was killed when his pickup truck was hit by a other that ran a red light while fleeing police on Thanksgiving Day. The other driver, Daryl Lynch, who was 19 at the time, was convicted in February 2011 of one count each of first-degree murder, carjacking, second-degree robbery, evading an officer causing death and attempted carjacking.
