Tymar Crawford allegedly failed to immediately pull over when police said they smelled cannabis coming from his other. According to police, he allegedly disarmed an officer in a fight in Crawford's yard, and police shot and killed him. However, according to witnesses, he was unarmed with his hands up when officers opened fire.
