Around 10:30 in the evening, police knocked on the front door of a house that had been the target of a drugs, guns, and other theft investigation earlier in the day. Tyler Keinonen, who wes unarmed, exited the back door and then a back gate, when he was suddenly fatally shot once in the chest by police. Keinonen and his brother had been arrested earlier in the year for a drug operation said to be county-wide.
