Tyler Comstock's father refused to buy him cigarettes. Tyler took his father's lawn care truck and trailer and his father called the police on him. Tyler fled through a red light, rammed two police cars and was fired upon six times by the police. He was hit twice in the head and chest by Officer Adam McPherson. Comstock's family reached a financial settlement in April, 2015.
