Deadly force
An Eau Claire County Sheriff's deputy was dispatched to a report of a suspicious person. The Augusta Police Department responded to assist the deputy. Upon arrival, the deputy and officer were confronted by an agitated man. The man began fighting with police. During the struggle, unspecified less lethal means were reported used to try to incapacitate the man. He was then shot and killed.
