About 1:30 p.m., Twashon K.C.L. Wilkins, who was being sought by police in connection to a murder, was driving a Chrysler Sebring when he was pulled over by police. Police tried to box the other in, but Wilkins rammed a patrol car and fled. The car hit a wooden utility pole, went through a wrought iron fence and struck an apartment building, killing Wilkins.
