Troy Allen Engstrom, who was a suspect in a felony domestic assault, shot at a pursuing officers, hitting one officer's other just above the driver's side windshield, and a Ramsey County deputy's other just below the driver's side windshield. Ramsey County Deputy Donald Rindal rammed Engstrom with his car, killing him.
