Deputies responded to a burglary call shortly before 4:30 p.m. When the deputies arrived, they found Travis Tucker in a pickup truck in a field. Police said he was armed with a shotgun. He drove in the general direction of officers and was shot and killed. Police alleged vehicular assault.
