Deadly force
Police said Bradley was shot and killed after firing on sheriff's deputies and refusing to surrender during a standoff at a home. The Harford County Sheriff's Office said that deputies responded after reports of a suicidal person. Deputies had attempted to communicate with the man in person and by phone, but after some negotiations, he came out of the home and fired a gun. Police shot and killed him.
