Police responding to a call of a man threatening another man with a knife encountered Tracy Lynn Daniel brandishing a knife. Police ordered Daniel to drop the weapon, tasered him and shot him with bean bag gun all to no effect. Daniel charged at them with the knife, and two officers shot and killed him.
