At Rest

Deadly force
According to Franklin County Sheriff Jim Karnes, Price was armed with a gun and was shot after refusing to drop the weapon and pointing it at officers. Earlier in the day, Price allegedly stole an Acme Taxi at gunpoint in front of his Gahanna home. He then drove the other to a Mecca Road home, where he barricaded himself indoors and allegedly fired several shots before he was killed by Clinton Township officer Terry Phillips and Mifflin Township officer Michael Bolock
