Deadly force

Alraheim Tolbert had just robbed a bank at gunpoint and climbed into Tony Carr's empty government truck as a getaway other. Carr somehow got into, or remained in, the passenger seat. Police assumed that Carr was an accomplice and fired on both men. Carr was struck and fell out of the other. Tolbert crashed the truck almost immediately afterward leaving both dead. A grand jury later cleared the police of any wrongdoing.
