Kristen Slack, 45, was found dead in the front yard of a home. Police said she had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Todd Danhof had locked himself inside of the home, and police established a perimeter outside. Police heard a single gunshot come from inside the home, and when officials entered, they found Danhof dead.
