Police attempted to pull over Davonte Deshaun Grover for a traffic violation, he sped off and a chase with speeds over 100 mph ensued. The chase ended in a multiple car crash including Grover, the police and innocent bystander Tiphanie Fayette Mayfield, who was killed in the crash.
