A deputy responding to shots fired call pursued Timothy Harrington as he fled in a pickup at 3 p.m. The chase lasted about 10 minutes and ended on Mills Road, when Harrington got out of his other brandishing a gun and confronted the deputy. The deputy shot and killed Harrington.
