Deadly force
Thomas Sekscinski fled when police tried to stop him in a stolen car. He turned down a private lane at which time an officer stopped and got out of his car. Sekscinski turned around and was driving back in the general direction of the officer when he was shot and killed. Police alleged vehicular assault.
