Theopolis Owens, 28, and Kayla Crews, 18, were killed and a third suffered serious injuries when their car, which was involved in a police pursuit from Wisconsin crashed off Route 173 in Fox Lake and was engulfed in flames. Coroner determined the deaths were from blunt force trauma and not the flames.
