At Rest

Deadly force
Around 11:30 p.m., a woman went to the Fourth District Station of the Cleveland Police Department, claiming that her partner was threatening her and her landlord with a gun. Multiple officers confronted Johnson at his home. He shot officer David Muniz, who survived, in the chest with a .45-caliber pistol. When he refused to put down his weapon, officers fatally shot him.
