Police say officers saw Terry Laffitte riding a bicycle while intoxicated at night and without headlights or taillights. Lafitte fled, they confronted him, and a struggle ensued in a driveway. Officers shot and killed Laffitte when he allegedly pulled a gun from his waistband. Multiple witnesses say that Laffitte was unarmed. Police say they recovered a revolver at the scene.
