Less-than-lethal force
Terry L. Williams reportedly collapsed after police tasered him. Two officers had responded to a domestic dispute at Williams' house at about 11:30 p.m. Williams allegedly became combative, so the officers shocked him with a Taser. Williams lost consciousness en route to jail, and was pronounced dead at a hospital. The official autopsy claimed that alcohol and agitation contributed to the death, but not the Taser.
