Terrell Eason

Deadly force

Officers responding to report of a man with a gun encountered Terrell Eason with a handgun tucked inside his waistband. A foot chase ensued as two officer pursued Eason, who pulled the gun out of his waistband and held it in his hand while he was running. Eason refused repeated orders to disarm. When he ran toward one of the officers, both officers shot and killed him. The officers were cleared of any charges.
