Officers responding to a report of a domestic disturbance in an apartment building about 9 p.m. and were interviewing a man and a woman. Terrance Maurice Parker reportedly took out a gun and pointed it at the woman and one of the officers, and Officer Howard Lee shot shot and killed him.
